You need:
Sauce of Bolonisie:
- 500 г forcemeat (beef)

Sauce of Beshamel:
- 1 litre of milk
- 120 grammes a butter
- 3 items of a spoon of a flour
- A nutmeg pinch
- Salt, black pepper
For paste:
- 1 packing of ready sheets of a lasagna (500g.)
- 200g. cheese "Parmesan"
Preparation:
Clear tomatoes of a thin skin and mill it in a blender with tomato paste addition.
Fry forcemeat on olive oil, add spices and tomato weight. Extinguish on slow fire, to readiness of meat.
Kindle in a pan a butter, quickly add in it a flour, and then gradually pour in milk, constantly stirring slowly, that lumps were not formed. Add a nutmeg, salt, pepper and cook stirring slowly to fixed sauce.
Grate cheese "Parmesan".
Grease the form for baking with olive oil and pour on a bottom of a few sauce of Beshamel and sauce of Boloneze. Put on sauce sheets of a lasagna with small lapping. Lay out on them sauce of Boloneze, strew grated cheese and grease with sauce of Beshamel. Repeat procedure in the same order some times, components how much will suffice.
Cover last layer with lasagna sheets, sauce Beshamel, densely strew cheese "Parmesan".
Put from above a slice of a butter and bake in to 200 degrees to an oven within 30-40 minutes.
