You need:
- 700g. cottage cheese
- A strawberry - 1/3 glasses of a flour
- Sugar and vanilla sugar
- 1 egg,
- 25g. butter,
- 100 gramme of ground nuts, a coconut shaving, powdered sugar or breadcrumbs, salt.
How to prepare:
Strawberry to wash and dry. For preparation balls in a bowl mix cottage cheese, a flour, sugar, egg.
Add a butter and mix again. From the test prepare balls having enclosed in the middle a strawberry. Carefully it close up and weld (it is possible to fry in hot fan preliminary having rolled in in breadcrumbs). When balls will emerge, take out them, allow to flow down to water, roll in balls in a coconut shaving or nuts.
Submit to a table with whipped cream, сгущёнкой, sour cream or it is simple with sugar.
