You need:
- 400g the cleared crude shrimps
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 ml of cream (10 %)
- 250 ml of dry white wine
- 1 fish cube of a broth
- 200 ml of boiled water
- 50 ml of olive oil
- Bread for toasts
Preparation:
Dissolve a cube with boiled water. Mix in a blender 250 г shrimps and all the others in homogeneous mashed potatoes and put to cook on slow fire to fix. The remained shrimps roast on olive oil and add in soup.
Submit on a table with toasts and pink wine.
