Omelette with an apple stuffing


You need:

Eggs - 4 pieces
Water - 4 teaspoons
Oil baked - 4 teaspoons
Powdered sugar - 1 table spoon
Salt


For a stuffing:
Apples sweet-sour - 4 pieces
Juice apple - 1/3 glasses
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Cognac - 1 table spoon
Cinnamon ground - 1/2 teaspoons

Way of preparation:
Clear apples and cut with their cubes, fill in with boiling juice, add cinnamon, sugar, cognac and cook 5 minutes. 
Eggs with a pinch of salt and water shake up in foam. Will halve eggs and prepare on drawn butter on average fire of 2 portions of an omelette, having roasted every portion from both parties. 
Lay out omelettes on plates. On a half of each omelette put an apple stuffing and cover with other half.

At giving strew an omelette powdered sugar and decorate with fresh berries.
