Caseous pellets with chocolat sauce


You need:
Cottage cheese low-fat 500 gr.
raisins 1\3 tea-cup
chippy almond 1\2 tea-cup
For the sauce:
Cocoa powder 3 spoons
sugar 1 tea-cup
water 1\3 tea-cup
Way of preparation:
Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve, add raisin and almond, mix before reception of homogeneous weight, from which roll balls in size with a large apricot.
For sauce preparation throw up cocoa powder and sugar in hot water put on fire and boil 1–2 minutes. 
Cottage cheese balls lay out on a dish in one layer and water with a warm syrup.Allow to stand 7–10 minutes and submit, having issued fresh berries, almonds and mint leaves.
