Bread
Salt and peper
Preparation:
In slice of bread cut out an aperture in the form of a heart. Fry bread from one side, invert to the others side, and carefully put the egg in to the heart. Add salt an peper. Separately fry the heart. When you service it put the heart atop of the tost.
