You need:
Pork meat - 600gr.
grapes - 100gr.
portwine - 3 table spoons
Honey - 1 table spoon
Butter - 30gr.
Salt and black peper
Preparation:
Wash the grapes, scaild with boiled water, husk each berry. Put the grapes in portwine.
Slice the meat to slices. Kindle some butter in a big frying pan on slow fire, fry the fillet on average fire for 5 minutes from each side, add salt and pepper.
Displace meat to a plate. In a frying pan in which meat was fried pour in portwine, add grapes and honey. As soon as sauce will begin caramelize, turn off the fire and add a few pepper.
Put the fillet, grapes and sauce on a plate.
