Lemon cake


You need:

Flour - 250 gramme
Butter - 100 gramme
Egg - 1 
Yeast - 10 gramme
Cottage cheese - 200 gramme
Cream - 2 table spoons
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Lemon - 1 
Jelly lemon - 1 package

Preparation:

From a flour, oil, egg and yeast to make the dough, to sustain it 30 minutes. 

The ready dough to unroll, lay out in the form oiled, and to bake 10–15 minutes at 220 °С.

To prepare jelly under the instruction on packing.

Cottage cheese to wipe and connect to cream and sugar.

On the cooled down basis for a pie to lay cottage cheese weight, on it — lemon slices, to fill in a pie of jelly and to cool.
